WEEK12 Conclusion

The course of creative thinking is over.  I am very grateful to Ms. Ho.  Actually, when the course started, I felt the teacher was a serious person.
In addition, because my English is not good, I often can't follow the class very well, and thus my attitude is loose initially.

Then one thing happened. I missed a lesson because of illness, so I was not assinged a group in the group assignments. I was very worried about not being able to finish my homework. I sent  Ms. HO an email, and soon got a reply . Ms. HO told me if I could talk to her at school if I had anything not understood. 
That day unfortunately I missed the train, so I arrived late, and felt bad. Ms. HO just smiled and did not blame me, just trying to answer questions I had, and help me check homework.

I was deeply impressed. From then on I tried to listen and understand, and gradually started to understand the course.
I  reviewed the content of the courses; I found that they are actually related.For example, before I wrote in the blog to introduce the content of the artist, I incorporated the part of the content used in the Introduction to the Visual Arts homework; some design inspirations in 3D fundamentals also came from creative thinking in the work. I think applying all the knowledge gained previously from other courses is the key to learning.

In the end, I'm very happy. I can study the smooth completion of this subject. I am very thankful I met a good teacher.

WEEK11 Forced Connection

When it comes to food, I often have some special ideas.

My mother is a baker, she make food that I think is the best. Maybe affected by this, when I was a child I would like to try all kinds of special food. So I like this topic.

All the foods on the drawing are my favorite. I draw a lot. I in my spare time very much want to try the special food collocation.Such as: ice cream can add chili: spicy ice cream! Ice cream can add mashed potatoes, potato-taste ice cream! Ice cream can also be combined with broccoli, rice, eggs. It is worth mentioning that I thought about the ice cream can be mixed with the Bao zi: Can put Bao zi steamed, cut in half, put ice cream on the inside.A cold one hot, taste will be better.

Cappuccino is my favorite coffee.There are a lot of new collocation, such as: can add pepper, tomato, broccoli, rice and mashed potatoes. And you can cut bacon into pieces and then sprinkle on cappuccino. Maybe they will be nice.

I have not used dental floss before.So I feel more difficult to complete this subject, but under the help of team members, we have a lot of interesting ideas.My team members have Pauline,Xiaolin and myu. For example: make dental floss look like hair, can be tied to the hair and torn down when needed, can also have a lot of different colors to choose. This is very interesting.

I choose the item is a cup. The expression pattern on the cup expressed the two different words.Sad cup, I put the cup's body design more narrow. In order to highlight because sad, drinking  some water is also a bitter feeling. I designed the devil Angle on glass. Sad when there is always a little demon. I make happy cup's body design more plump,and gave it a pair of elegant wings is designed. At the time of happiness, feeling is freedom, so use the wings to express this kind of feeling.

There are other some of the design.I hope you can understand the things that I want to express.

WEEK10 The poster —oxygen

This poster on the topic of sell in oxygen.In order to make the poster, all of our members in after school,  went to the school library for discussion. Each of us had a different idea as to the appearance of the bottle.Then we unified our idea in  the final design. Our design philosophy is simple, environmental protection. We only use the white, black, blue, red, 4 colors. Main highlight the bottle of color and lines and the special font. So when our posters and other group's stick together of the time, our poster looks simple, but I think the feeling of design is more unique and outstanding. In the speech, because my English is not good, I can't exactly convey the contents and I was very nervous, so I did not help the team, and I had been very guilty. Hope our poster can get recognized, and getting better and better.

WEEK9 In my eyes

 This is all my favorite things drawn on my face. 

The left eye depicts exo, which is one of my favorite South Korea brand . The right one depicts the Chanel logo,  expressed my love for fashion. I put eyebrows with a pencil, indicating my love of art and design. I drew the nose with dollar symbols to express the importance of money. I use the notes to describe the mouth to express my love for singing.I drawn two hearts on my face, expressing my introverted personality. I  drew a crown in my head, because every girl is estimated that there will be a princess dream, me too. And expressed I hope to get the meaning of success through their own efforts. I also painted antlers, deer are my favorite animal, I think they are very cute. I painted necklace is my favorite brand vivienne westwood, and I also collect a lot of this brand of jewelry. As for the left and right sides of this painting, I drew a rilakkuma and a chicken. Rilakkuma express my favorite cartoon character, my daily necessities are its pattern.  Painting a Chicken to express it is my  food .

On the way

The work is to shoot in the subway station, next to the school and at home to complete. At first I think it was difficult to complete the work, but MS.HO gave me confidence.I began to seriously observe the life around them.I suddenly found that I walked every road, passing sceneries, while never seriously observing.Through this work, I find life is really so live and rich, like a human face.So I will pay more attentio to experience life~

WEEK7 About creativity

Teacher recommended a talk show to us. Four lessons in creativity from Julie Burstein.A total of 17 minutes of talk show. However, it tooke me 3 times before I felt I understood part of the content.This talk show is about creativity.Julie Burstein from the introduction a ceramic RAKU in Japan of began this show.  

She said: I realized that creativity grows out of everyday experience, more often than you might think，including：Letting go.

About this sentence I thought for a long time.Because this is true. We are exposed to life too much pressure, too fast.We always catch up with time, we are always afraid to slow down the pace of life.So we also missed a lot.Maybe we should slow down, and carefully experience life.

Julie Burstein cited four celebrity stories. Including the novelist, filmmaker, architect, photographer.Each story makes me feel inspired.we all wrestle with experience and challenges，limits and losses. Creativity is essential to all of us. Recommend this talk show to everyone.   

   

WEEK6 Marshmallow

 A beginning teacher's request to hear really at a lost. How to use pasta prop and  simple materials will marshmallow on the highest point of our team members to discuss a long time.Because of time constraints, we can only begin to do directly with the idea.And our goal is to have only one: high. 

 We use triangulation principle.First use of three pasta fixed on the table to form a triangle, then an increase in the height of the layers.The second layer of pasta first fixed lines, then tape stereotypes.Until the second layer until very smooth, but the third floor of trouble came, the whole pasta began to tilt bracket do.We hurried and fixed with adhesive tape again, and finally because of the time we decided to just do the third layer.At the end of the time when members have not thought of using paper bags, paper bags gather so will make the shape of an umbrella, put it in the third layer of pasta made ​​on the stand, through a hole in the bag the highest point on the top of the marshmallow.
